1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Puzziinocc English Academy website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our services.
2. About Our Services
Puzziinocc English Academy provides English language education services including:
- General English courses
- IELTS preparation programs
- Business English training
- Academic English preparation
- Online and in-person instruction
- Educational consultations and assessments
3. Enrollment and Registration
Application Process
- All applications must be completed truthfully and accurately
- Required documents must be submitted within specified timeframes
- We reserve the right to verify all information provided
- Enrollment is subject to availability and admission requirements
Age Requirements
Students must be at least 16 years old to enroll in our programs. Students under 18 require parental consent.
4. Fees and Payment
Tuition and Fees
- All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD)
- Registration fees are non-refundable
- Tuition fees are due as specified in the enrollment agreement
- Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
Payment Methods
We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, certified cheque, or money order. Payment plans may be available for longer programs.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Before Program Start
- Cancellation more than 30 days before start: 100% refund minus registration fee
- Cancellation 15-30 days before start: 75% refund
- Cancellation less than 15 days before start: 50% refund
- No refund for cancellations after program start date
After Program Start
- No refunds for voluntary withdrawal after classes begin
- Medical withdrawals may be eligible for partial refund with documentation
- Visa refusals may be eligible for refund with proper documentation
6. Academic Policies
Attendance
- Regular attendance is mandatory for all programs
- Minimum 80% attendance required to receive certificates
- Excessive absences may result in program dismissal
- Make-up classes are not guaranteed for missed sessions
Academic Conduct
- Students must maintain respectful behavior in all interactions
- Plagiarism and academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited
- Disruptive behavior may result in immediate dismissal
7. Student Code of Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Treat all staff, instructors, and fellow students with respect
- Follow all school policies and procedures
- Maintain appropriate behavior on and off campus
- Respect school property and facilities
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
8. Technology and Equipment
Online Learning
- Students are responsible for having reliable internet connection
- Required software and platforms will be specified for each program
- Technical support is available during business hours
Acceptable Use
- School technology must be used for educational purposes only
- Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited
- Recording classes without permission is not allowed
9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to:
- Textbooks and handouts
- Audio and video content
- Online resources and platforms
- Assessment materials
are the property of Puzziinocc English Academy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Limitation of Liability
Puzziinocc English Academy's liability is limited to the amount of tuition paid by the student. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of income or opportunity
- Immigration or visa issues
- Personal property damage or loss
12. Program Changes
We reserve the right to:
- Modify program content, schedule, or instructors
- Cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment
- Adjust fees with 30 days' notice
- Change policies and procedures as needed
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:
- Direct communication with our Student Services team
- Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
- Arbitration in accordance with Ontario arbitration laws
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal proceedings shall take place in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
